I have put together my favourite rose quartz , selenite and Rhodonite as they are great crystals for emotional healing , compassion and love.

There is also a rose quartz face roller ,that can be used with your favourite face cream or serum. Just use this to massage your face twice a day to improve blood circulation , reduces puffiness, eliminates toxins, removes wrinkles and promotes the lymphatic drainage . Use the roller to roll the skin away from your nose towards the hair line also down your jaw line and chin. Use the bigger end for your face and chin and the smaller end for under your eyes. I place mine in the fridge and keep it cool to help eliminate puffiness in the morning.
